onto this crap...
i featured this arm band made from a t-shirt in my sunday shoutouts....and i loved it. so i made one (is it sad that my sports bra is padded and i'm still this flat?)anyways...saves me from some crotch phone(you know..when you put it in your waistband and then it falls...and you have to dig it out)and i use my big phone...cause i'm too cheap to buy a small ipod..so i made a little extra strap to keep it in..and a flower thing.cause i embellish everything.
this could 100% done with hot glue...but my glue sticks are down to two..and i'm saving them for an emergency.and i thought it would be fun to share some songs i listen to when i work out:(and i'm bored...)

i get all my songs at mp3 skull. and i always search for edited. so if you get one of these songs and it cusses a ton...i probably have the edited version of it. cause i'm a good girl.(and i share songs with my 9 year old.)
